Helping Individuals Navigate Life’s Challenges, Understand Themselves More Deeply, &
Create Meaningful Change
"Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next?
Perhaps you understand what you want to change, but finding a way forward has been more
difficult than you expected."
If this sounds familiar, therapy can provide a place to slow down, gain perspective, and explore what may be getting in the way of the life you want to create. I work with individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life who are motivated to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, overcome challenges, and experience meaningful personal growth.
What Working With Me Feels Like
My approach is warm, collaborative, insightful, and growth-oriented. I believe therapy
should be more than simply talking about problems. Our sessions provide an opportunity to
understand the deeper patterns influencing your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors while developing practical ways to create meaningful change.
My training in psychodynamic psychology allows us to explore how past experiences,
relationships, unconscious patterns, and emotional dynamics may influence the way you
experience yourself and others today. At the same time, I believe therapy should be relevant to your life right now. We will work together to identify what you want to change and develop greater awareness, clarity, and direction.
My Ideal Client
I enjoy working with people who are curious, motivated, open to self-examination, and ready
for meaningful growth. My ideal clients may be experiencing relationship difficulties, life
transitions, emotional struggles, questions about identity or purpose, or simply a sense that they are capable of living a more fulfilling life.
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes the most valuable work begins when you simply recognize, "I want something in my life to change"
What Populations Do I Work With?
I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and walks of life. I believe
every person brings a unique history and perspective into therapy, and I do not believe effective therapy should be based on a one-size-fits-all approach.
What matters most to me is your willingness to participate in the process and your desire to
create meaningful growth and change.
A Little About Me
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy traveling and exploring different parts of the world,
cooking, reading, and spending time outdoors. I also have a somewhat unconventional hobby: panning for gold. I enjoy exploring, learning new things, and experiencing life beyond the professional world.
I believe that being a good therapist means remaining curious about people, about life, and about the many different paths people take toward becoming the person they want to be.
