Whole-Person Support for Resilience, Self-Regulation, Life Transitions & Performance

“I know where I want to be, but I’m not always sure how to get there. I want to make

changes in my life, build better habits, and take better care of myself, but I need help

figuring out what steps make sense for me and how to keep moving forward.”

I am passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them build skills and set

meaningful milestones for the journey ahead. My goal is not simply to help you work through what brought you here, but to help you learn how to take care of yourself and feel more confident using those skills in your everyday life.

What Working with Me Feels Like

My approach centers on introspection, action, and grace. We take time to understand your

experiences and patterns, turn that understanding into practical steps you can use in everyday life, and recognize that growth does not require perfection. I believe lasting change develops through what you practice and apply outside of our time together.

Specializations & Clinical Focus

  • Resilience & Self-Regulation: Developing practical skills for managing emotions,

responding to stress, building healthy routines, and becoming more intentional in how

you respond to challenges.

  • Life Transitions & Performance: Supporting people through periods of change while

using principles from sport and performance psychology to develop goals, recognize

progress, establish meaningful milestones, and build consistency.

  • Behavioral Health & Recovery: Helping individuals develop coping strategies,

healthier behaviors, supportive routines, and skills that can contribute to recovery and

long-term well-being.

  • Whole-Person Support: Looking beyond a single concern to understand how thoughts,

emotions, behaviors, relationships, environment, culture, and support systems work

together. I incorporate practical tools such as journaling, worksheets, goal setting, and

activities that allow you to continue practicing skills between sessions.

A Little About Me

Outside of psychology, I have spent much of my life around sports, fitness, writing, and creative work. As a former collegiate athlete and longtime coach, I naturally think about growth through many of the same principles I value in sport: preparation, consistency, recovery, support, and learning how to respond when things do not go according to plan.
