Illuminated Path is a mental health agency whose goal is to enlighten your strengths, transform your thinking and the way you perceive yourself. We seek to provide quality mental health treatment with integrity. We believe in transparency and collaboration with our clients to ensure your goals are met. The agency's mission is to participate in the innovation of service and delivery to the field of mental health. We strive to make mental health accessible as well as to increase mental wellness by providing varying services, products, resources, training, and programs to our clients and the community.

Treating Mental & Behavioral Disorders
We provide mental health treatment virtually and in-person to individuals, partners, and families ranging in age from 6 years old and up. All of our therapists demonstrate and employ cultural humility and emphasize decolonized treatment in practice. We are inclusive of LGBTQIA++, BIPOC, and Poly/Kink/ENM communities. Our therapists have been trained in various treatment modalities with each providing differing specialties. Some of these treatment modalities include EMDR, CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based, and Family Systems. Our therapists utilize therapeutic flexibility based on the treatment needs of the client.

Our philosophical approach is to empower individuals/families/groups to make the changes that they feel would increase their mental wellness. We believe in a whole-person-centered approach as mental health is more than just treating the mind.
Our agency provides multiple ways to improve your mental wellness, from individual and family therapy and group therapy to resources, products, programs, and training. Mental wellness is achieved by assessing various areas in your life and providing interventions appropriate to address areas that aren't functioning at an optimal level. Our therapists provide a client-centered approach and develop treatment plans to help you meet your goals.
